BH4-Assist (Mood Boost)
BH4-Assist (MOOD BOOST) helps to maintain proper levels of tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4). BH4 plays a critical role in both neurotransmitter and nitric oxide production. This important biological molecule can be depleted by high levels of ammonia (from biotoxins and/or CBS mutations), oxidative stress, heavy metal toxicity and/or lack of SAMe or NADH and genetic polymorphisms in MTHFR A1298C &/or DHFR. This formulation contains two forms of folate (folinic acid & methylfolate) and SAMe to support proper methylation and cell production, lithium, and Royal Jelly, which has naturally occurring BH4. This product can be used to support those with mood issues, methylation impairments and symptoms of low nitric oxide production. For those with low levels of neurotransmitters, this product pairs well with Catecholamine Accelerator , Neuro-T Accelerator , SER Accelerator or 5-HTP .
